On a design/build job the contractor and architect/engineer work as a TEAM to design and build a project that satisfies the needs of the owner. Team members focus on solving problems together, rather than placing blame.

Construction Managers:

The construction management approach involves the management of activities over and above normal architectural and engineering services conducted during the pre-design, design, and construction phases, that contribute to the control of time and cost.
